The Gold Tier designation affords Paperless with greater access to resources from Sage, to continue to build and support world-class integrated business productivity solutions. eRequester was certified for MAS 500 through a third-party evaluator and was required to provide extensive customer references.

SBCTC Site Redesign Improves Usability
The Washington State Board of Community & Technical Colleges needed to update its web site to be able to better share resources across the State college system. The new site design improved usability and way-finding, and consolidated resources into a new site architecture. The addition of a public-oriented area of the site further expanded the site's reach and communication value for prospective students and colleges alike.

Insightful Corporation Goes Live with Order Management System
Paperless Business Systems developed a web-based Order Management System for Insightful Corporation and its international subsidiaries. The Order Management System was built using .NET technologies and integrates with Insightful's customer relationship management (CRM) system using web services, and with Insightful's accounting system using smart business logic to populate four different companies. The Order Management System allows for web access to fulfill orders, manage inventory, recognize revenue and run reports using SQL Reporting Services. It is currently being used in the U.S., U.K., France and Switzerland. Paperless also managed and implemented data migration from six disparate CRMs into a common system that is shared internationally across companies, uniting critical customer data in a single system.
