Web Application Developer
Paperless Business Systems, a growing B2B web development and IT consulting firm in Seattle, is looking for a highly-skilled software and/or web developer who is enthusiastic about the Internet, technology and problem solving to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Development of business software applications
- Web development
- Testing business software applications
- Technical specifications and other documentation
- Consulting on best solutions for clients
- Improving team processes and procedures
- Understanding all aspects of development cycle
- Responsible for completing deliverables on time and on budget
Requirements
- At least two years of professional development experience in the software or Internet industries
- Bachelors Degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering or equivalent work experience
- Expertise with several of the following: ASP.NET (C# or VB 2005), Classic ASP, VB6, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML
- Knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, and relational databases required
- Experience developing for Microsoft Operating Systems
- Experience working with business and financial systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb analysis and critical thinking skills
- Must be a team player
- Experience working with accounting systems a big plus
