Technical Support Consultant
Paperless Business Systems, Inc., a growing web software development company, is looking for a Technical Support Consultant. We are looking for a super-organized communicator and collaborative problem-solver. This is someone who loves working with software and technology, who has a real talent for understanding complex business requirements and anticipating client needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who takes initiative to seek out tasks and follow through with every issue.

Responsibilities
- A wide variety of customer-facing support services
- Excellent customer relationships
- First and second level technical support by email and phone
- Effectively participate in meetings with clients and staff to resolve technical issues
- Translate client requirements into test plans
- Quality control for end product and deliverables
- Accountable for quality assurance of implementations
- Coordinate with project team members
- Develop and improve team processes, documentation and procedures
- Become an expert in eRequester web-based purchasing and related accounting software
- Substantially contribute to the growth of the company by maintaining excellent client relationships and solid product support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years experience as a Technical Support Representative, Tester, Software Developer, or IT Consultant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb analysis and critical thinking skills
- Must be a team player
- Experience working with business software desired
- Knowledge of SQL desired
- Familiarity with several of the following is desired: VB, C#, ASP, .Net, JavaScript, HTML and/or XML
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices is desired
