Responsibilities
Reengineering client business processes to reflect new environments
Analyze client requirements and document project specifications
Effectively participate in client meetings
Manage a growing team and help train development staff in processes and procedures
Understand and have experience with all aspects of the development cycle
Accountable for overall direction of multiple, large, complex solutions
Responsible for the overall completion of deliverables
Requirements
At least two years of professional experience in a development management position
At least five years of professional development experience in the software or Internet industries
Knowledge and experience in use of software development best practices
Experience as a developer in a .com company desired
Experience recruiting and retaining developers
Experience with NT and Unix solutions required
Database experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS degree in computer science, engineering or related fields preferred
