Customer Support Specialist
Paperless Business Systems is looking for an articulate communicator to join our customer support team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be a collaborative problem-solver who is enthusiastic about the Internet, learning new software, and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- First point of contact in answer incoming customer calls or e-mails
- Identify customer needs and ability to prioritize accordingly
- Document test results and communicate them to team members and clients
- Guide customers through calls, answer questions about products and services
- Resolve and restore customer confidence
- Contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills including follow through, a solution-oriented personality, and the desire to bring the call to resolution.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, a strong ability to establish trust and credibility
- Excellent computer skills-including web navigation and Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong knowledge of business, financial and accounting fundamentals is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and great documentation skills are essential
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and problem solve
- Experience in tech industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
